Movement - We conduct quick assessments to identify any postural deviations, such as hip rotation, knee or ankle pronation, and scapula movement. Afterward, we take you through a workout based on your goals and experience, focusing on power, mobility, flexibility, or strength training.

Nutrition - Next we review the basics based on your goals. Instead of meal plans, we prefer clients log their food for a week to understand their eating habits. From there, we can suggest adjustments like increasing protein, incorporating a fruit or veggie daily, or modifying portion sizes. If you're confident in your current nutrition plan, we can skip this step.

Wellness - We start our wellness presentation by asking you to rate your stress on a 1-10 scale. If it's over 5 or frequent, it can hinder your goals due to increased cortisol, affecting digestion and sleep. To mitigate stress, we use techniques like breath work, gratitude, and mindfulness practices
