What is SoFit Small Group?

Whether you're brand new to exercise, restarting, or a seasoned workout pro this is for you.   Dive into a personal training session that includes a thorough warm-up, a workout segment, and a satisfying cool-down. With our class size we maintain intimate small groups of 5 or less people, where personalized attention is our priority.  This allows us to watch form, motivate, encourage, and maintain a team atmosphere.

How are we different from a class -
We are small group personal training. You can expect your weights lifted to be tracked so you can follow along with your progress.  You can also expect nutrition planning and accountability based on your goals and preference of food.  Our goal is your results.
